Aadish Rakhecha
Founder and CEO
Previously, Aadish managed a ~$1 trillion portfolio as an equity research analyst. Also, he founded a decentralized sewage treatment infrastructure company, an MIT spin-out.
Aadish holds a BS in electrical engineering. He was a fellow in innovation and technology at MIT, where he also studied economics.
Nathaniel Gooden
COO
Previously, Nathaniel worked with the credit risk team at J.P. Morgan. Also, he was an Officer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Nathaniel holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point.
Stefan Flückiger
Founding Member and Advisor
Stefan retired as Swiss Deputy State Secretary of Finance in 2023. He was Swiss Permanent Representative at OECD in Paris. He has been a lead negotiator for key international trade agreements. He also coordinated the Swiss sustainable and digital finance policy.
Currently, Stefan teaches international trade and policy, global finance at ZHAW and ETH.
In his role with the data team at Civica, Nikhil built institutional grade and scalable data systems in financial services and banking.
Nikhil will graduate with MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
